Radiofrequency and Microcurrent Face-lift

Getting older is inevitable, and often it’s the skin on your face takes the brunt of damage from sun, aging, and stress, usually in the form of wrinkles and sagging skin. Face skin treatments that tighten skin and soften wrinkles and lines are a great way to ease the appearance of these effects on the skin.

The most drastic face skin treatment is a rhytidectomy, or face lift. While this procedure has the potential to greatly improve the overall appearance of the face and jaw area, the surgery is highly invasive, expensive, and requires significant recovery time.

For those looking for a less harsh procedure with more subtle, yet significant and natural looking results, Natural Lipo facial wrinkle treatment is an excellent option. Instead of surgery or injections, Natural Lipo stimulates your body’s natural renewal of collagen. The non-invasive face tightening and face wrinkle treatment helps smooth and tighten facial skin while redefining the natural contours of the face. These remarkable results are delivered in 6 to 10 procedures without surgery, and require no downtime.

 Cellulite Radiofrequency

Sculpting RF-Lipo can be used in treatments to effectively contour the body and reduce the appearance of cellulite and fat.

With  deep,  controlled  heating  of  the  fatty  layers  under  the skin , the  effects  of tissue tightening and increased  blood circulation  mean  that  fatty deposits are drained through the lymphatic system, reducing the appearance of cellulite.

 Wrinkle Reduction

Do wrinkle creams really reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles? If you’re looking for a face-lift in a bottle, you probably won’t find it in wrinkle creams.

                                                                  By Mayo Clinic

Wrinkles and loose skin can take its toll on your looks. Even healthy and active people eventually show signs of aging on their faces. Since it’s the most important visual feature of your body-the one that most people will recognize you by-it’s important to keep your face fresh and youthful.

More and more people have tried face lifts over the years to combat wrinkles and skin imperfections. Though often successful, traditional face lifts require minor surgery and prolonged recovery periods. There’s increasing demand for non-surgical techniques to refresh facial appearances. That’s where radio frequency face lifts come into play.

Radio Frequency Neck Lift

A Neck Lift is sometimes called a cervicoplasty or neck lift with platysmaplasty, the procedure will last two to three hours. Of course, if you are having a neck lift in conjunction with liposuction, facelift, forehead lift, or other surgeries, the time will vary accordingly.

Neck Education

There are a number of procedures available to enhance the appearance of the neck. They range from very minimal in-office treatments with no down time, to more invasive procedures requiring anesthesia and time off for recovery. Aging of the neck is usually a combination of loose skin and muscle and some excess fat.

For those looking for a less harsh procedure with more subtle, yet significant and natural looking results, Natural Lipo Neck Lift treatment is an excellent option. Instead of surgery or injections, Natural Lipo stimulates your body’s natural renewal of collagen. The non-invasive neck tightening and neck wrinkle treatment helps smooth and tighten neck skin. These remarkable results are delivered in 6 to 10 procedures without surgery, and require no downtime

Stretch Mark and Loose Skin Reduction

This non-invasive Radio Frequency  procedure shrinks fat cells and tightens skin for a firmer, smoother, sculpted look in the back, arms, abdomen, buttocks, hips, thighs, and knees.

With  deep, controlled  heating  of  the  fatty layers  under  the  skin,  the effects of tissue tightening and increased blood circulation mean that fatty deposits are drained through the lymphatic system.

Dermatologists are talking about  Radio Frequency treatment that  improves skin texture and reduce stretch marks.

“The improvement is about 75% and is the most effective treatment we has seen in 15 years.”

EJD – European Journal of Dermatology
Radio frequency therapy for stretch marks is a non-invasive, safe, and less expensive option to improve skin’s appearance. Radio frequency treatments,  which  induce  collagen production to eliminate wrinkles and stretch marks,  have  recently  gone  through  a  clinical  study  published  in  the  Journal  of  Dermatological Treatment.

In the study led by Dr. Woraphong Manuskiatti, 100 females with stretch marks underwent weekly treatments with Dermatone radio frequency technology for six weeks, and all 100 showed some improvement in  the  appearance  of  stretch  marks.  After  the  treatment,  15  patients  saw  a  40-50%  decrease  in   the appearance of the scars, while almost 85% showed a 51-85% improvement in the look of their skin. Among the women undergoing treatment, 90% reported being satisfied with the results. The numbers confirmed that radio frequency technology for stretch marks is the most effective treatment.

Laser Lipo | LightRx Face & Body

Laser Lipo & Laser Fat Reduction

At Riv Beauty, we offer laser liposuction (or laser lipo, as it’s more commonly known) as an alternative to invasive liposuction. Our FDA-cleared, Rx Lipo™ treatment offers a way to achieve inch loss and body contouring by using laser lipolysis technology to break down fat cells without surgery, pain or downtime.

During treatment, low level laser beams are released through the treatment pads, creating a chemical signal in the fat cells that breaks down stored triglycerides into free fatty acids and glycerol, which are released through the cell membranes. Fat content is then transported around the body to tissues where it will be “burned off” during a period of post-treatment exercise.

Exercise creates a demand in our bodies for extra energy. Normally, the body responds to this demand by releasing stored fat content to be used as fuel. The release can be from any stored fat content around the body. Through the use of low level laser beams, Rx Lipo creates a process to mimic the body’s natural processes, and allows you to select a target area for fat release.

Our laser fat reduction treatments typically take approximately thirty minutes, and since everything we do is non-invasive, there’s no recovery time at all, so you can be back to work or play right away.

Laser Hair Removal | LightRx Face & Body

WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF LASER HAIR REMOVAL?

Unlike traditional methods (waxing, shaving, bleaching or using depilatory creams), Laser Hair Removal gets to the root of the problem, rather than offering a temporary solution. Most clients immediately notice a significant reduction in hair growth after a few sessions and over time the need to shave becomes less and less.

  • A Cost & Time Effective Option: During their lifetime an average person spends over $30,000 and 1,400 hours waxing and shaving.
  • A Real Solution, Not a Quick Fix: Once the follicle is successfully destroyed the hair doesn’t grow back, so you can experience smooth skin without razor bumps, nicks, ingrown hair or stubble.
  • Treatments for all Skin Types & Tones: Customized programs to treat all skin types and to maximize hair loss.
  • Fast, Safe & Effective: Leading-edge lasers with more power and larger spot size for faster, more effective treatments.

HOW DOES LASER HAIR REMOVAL WORK?

Hair has three phases of growth but is only effected by laser light when it’s in the anagen, or active growth phase. That is because hair follicles in the active growth phase have the most melanin and it’s the melanin that attracts the energy from the laser. During treatment, laser energy is directed toward the area being treated. It deeply penetrates the skin, heating the follicle to the critical temperature to destroy it and prevent further hair growth. While the follicle is impaired, the surrounding skin is unaffected.

SHOULD I SHAVE?

Yes! It is absolutely fine to shave between your treatments; in fact, we will ask you to come to your appointments shaved. However, you should not pluck, wax, tweeze, bleach, or use depilatory creams between treatments because if the shaft of the hair is removed there is no conduit for the laser light to reach the follicle.

DOES IT HURT?

People typically compare the feeling to a rubber band snapping against the skin. Some areas of the body can be more sensitive (underarms, bikini, or upper lip) and every client’s tolerance is different. Compared to waxing as an alternative, laser hair removal can offer less discomfort and most clients find treatment quite tolerable.

WHY DO I NEED MULTIPLE TREATMENTS TO ACHIEVE HAIR REMOVAL?

Laser Hair Removal requires a series of treatments because it is only effective on hair follicles in the active growth phase. Growth cycles for hair changes from body area to body area. Facial hair typically grows more quickly, and body hair typically has a longer growth cycle. Length between treatments can vary from 4-8 weeks. Many clients enjoy upwards of 15% hair reduction after just a single treatment, and some are 90-95% hair-free in just eight treatments.

HOW MANY SESSIONS ARE REQUIRED?

With each treatment, hair is reduced and for most clients’ best results are seen after eight sessions. The actual number of sessions needed will differ depending on your hair color, hair type, body area, and skin tone. If you feel additional treatments are needed, we will continue to treat the purchased area at 10% of the per treatment price, until you are satisfied with your results.

WHICH AREAS OF THE BODY CAN BE TREATED?

Treatments are safe and effective on all areas of the body with unwanted hair and on all types of skin. The most commonly treated areas include: bikini, legs, arms, chest, back, shoulders, stomach, neck, chin and sideburns.
